About this Role:
Infinitive is growing its team and is currently hiring consultants for several client engagements. We are looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, assertive, proactive, open & honest, results oriented, and adaptable.
Each project engagement at Infinitive represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies, and people and will involve a range of responsibilities to include:
- Support commercial clients with enterprise transformation & technology initiatives.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint review, and retrospectives,Â
- Oversee working sessions with stakeholders to identify current state activities and document future activities.
- Coordinate project dependencies, road mapping, tracking, reporting, and management of risks or changes in scope.
- Draft project documentation including test plans, requirements documents, and stakeholder presentations.
- Analyze and interpret data and present findings & recommendations to executives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3Â years work experience as a Project Manager in an agile environment
- Experience working on transformation projects (ex. business intelligence, cloud operations, data management, or systems integration).
- Knowledge of AWS services and how they interact. AWS certifications a plus.
- Must be familiar with agile practices, ceremonies and tools, specifically JIRA/Confluence.
- Management consulting experience with commercial clients.
- Interest in being involved in internal initiatives and contribute to growing the business.
