Job Responsibilities

Analyze and document system and business requirementsÂ
-
Setup system and configure according to customer requirementsÂ
-
Develop test scripts and for customers testing phaseÂ
-
Train end users on the Intacct systemÂ
-
Assist customers with data conversionsÂ
-
Make recommendation for new processes and proceduresÂ
-
Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intacct toolsÂ
-
Setup and configure 3rd integration toolsÂ
-
Work closely with Sales and Support to coordinate the completion of project tasksÂ
-
Provide regular written reports on project status and discuss with customersÂ
-
Project manages with ability to keep projects on time and on budget
-
Provide technical support to clients as neededÂ
-
Provide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, contribution to the knowledge base, etcÂ
Requirements 
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in business or accountingÂ
-
Minimum 5 years of working with accounting or other ERP packages
-
Experience with Sage Intacct
-
Strong project management/customer leadership skills and delivery experience including the ability to develop high-quality project plans and timely deliverables.Â

Strong software knowledge. Experience in all areas of installation, configuration, integration, and training is mandatoryÂ
-
Troubleshooting skills and superb analytical skills: ability to think “outside-the-box” to resolve problemsÂ
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
-
Strong project management/customer leadership skills and delivery experience including the ability to develop high-quality project plans and timely deliverablesÂ

Collaborative skills. Must be able to engage internal resources across functional departmentsÂ

Strong communication and presentation skillsÂ

Motivated, self-starter, who can work with little supervision in a fast-paced environmentÂ

Ability to multi-task - work on several projects simultaneouslyÂ

Understanding of accounting basics and financial accounting processes/principlesÂ

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position is as follows: $128,300 - $173,550 (Colorado), $141,100 - $190,900 (Washington, New York, and Southern California), $147,500 - $199,600 (Northern California). Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
