Who We're Seeking

Qvest.US is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our growing Salesforce Consulting & Customer Experience practice. In this role, you will help lead Salesforce implementation projects and other technology consulting projects ranging from the implementation of technology solutions, to the formulation of organizational and process strategy, to PMO establishment. We are looking for a certified Salesforce trailblazer who will motivate teams and directly contribute to the growth of Qvest's Salesforce practice.

What you'll do

• Help manage Salesforce implementation projects
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and provide mitigation strategies
• Lead various client meetings such as stakeholder interviews and client workshops
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to internal growth initiatives including mentorship, recruitment, strategy and/or methodology enhancement

What you'll bring

• 3-5+ years System Implementation, SDLC, Integration, and Project Management experience
• 3+ years in consulting / professional services, big firm experience preferred
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce analytics experience configuring dashboards, reports and other reporting elements
• Experience with client facing activities such as requirements gathering, meeting facilitation, and deliverable review/approval sessions
• Experience with project planning, including tasks, budgeting, and resource allocation and balancing
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Media & Entertainment/Broadcast and/or Consumer Products industries
• Experience at a large consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, CapGemini, PWC)
• Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, and manage all aspects of security and configurations within the Salesforce environment
• and at least 2 Salesforce implementations
• Experience managing code migration and environment synchronization using change sets/ant migration tool
• Experience debugging and developing workflows (e.g., Flow, Process Builder), approval flows, email templates, visual force components and custom controllers (apex)
