Job Description

• • Lead the implementation and support of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and configure SAP HCM to meet business needs.
  • Design and optimize HR processes within SAP HCM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP HCM integrations with third-party applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, external payroll systems).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP HCM capabilities.
  • Provide end-user training and support for SAP HCM modules.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and data security within SAP HCM.

Qualifications

• • Extensive experience in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll).
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori for HCM.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and regulatory compliance.
  • SAP HCM certification is preferred.
