Senior Consultant (SAP Business One)

This role is part of a global consulting talent network focused on delivering high-impact ERP transformation and optimization solutions for diverse international clients. You will act as a trusted advisor in SAP Business One engagements, helping organizations analyze, design, and improve their core business processes. The position involves working across full-cycle implementation projects, from requirements gathering to solution deployment and post-go-live optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a highly dynamic, multicultural environment. The role requires both functional and technical expertise, combined with strong communication and client-facing skills. You will lead and contribute to SAP Business One implementation and optimization initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of ERP solutions aligned with client business needs.

• Lead the analysis and clarification of business requirements for SAP Business One implementations
• Design and recommend functional and technical solutions aligned with best practices and client objectives
• Perform gap analysis between existing processes and system capabilities to define optimized solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert across SAP Business One core modules and related add-ons
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver full-cycle implementation projects
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution activities
• Support solution architecture discussions and system optimization initiatives
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior consultants and project team members
• Contribute to stakeholder communication and project governance activities

Requirements:

This role requires strong SAP Business One consulting expertise combined with hands-on implementation experience and excellent client-facing capabilities.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Business One consulting, implementation, or support
• Proven experience delivering at least 5 full-cycle SAP Business One implementation projects
• Strong expertise in SAP Business One core modules and relevant add-ons
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA environments
• Experience in Crystal Reports and functional/technical solution design
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities within project teams
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and globally distributed environments
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
