We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant, Strategy to join us. The overarching role of the Senior Consultant would be to lead projects and help grow client relationships.
In this role, you can expect:

• Proactively seeks out and share key learnings from client work, research and topic areas; translates learnings into insights that can impact and guide future work
• Tailor existing frameworks for specific client and engagement needs, as well as develop new ways to present and visualize information
• Clarify data and synthesize information into core forces impacting the brand and project
• Lead significant portions of external client meetings/workshops
• Consistently assists in developing or improving proprietary practice areas with senior level support
• Leads and manages the timely development of case studies
• Manages more junior team members on projects
• Actively identifies opportunities to improve Monigle work and client experience

Our ideal candidate:

• 6-9 years experience working in brand strategy at an advertising or brand agency
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
• Expertise in developing and delivering presentations
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
• Experience leading and supporting comprehensive, complex brand programs
• Working understanding of business processes
• Ability to be autonomous but know when to loop people in
• Experience with various research methodologies and comfort with qualitative and quantitative data
• Interest in seeing the impact of your work in client businesses and in the real world

Salary range: $88,000-104,500 (Denver, Colorado area)

• Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
