WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Senior Sustainability Program Manager Consultant will be leading our client's initiative to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. As the Senior Sustainability Program Manager you will work cross-functionally across the organization to develop carbon reduction strategies and support sustainable development goals, If you are passionate about making an impact on climate change than we want to speak with you!
What you will do:
- Develop and implement organizational strategy for reaching carbon neutrality for the organization by 2030
- Track progress through reporting, dashboards and metrics
- Keep current with industry processes and trends and incorporate them into the program as applicable
- Provide in depth analysis of the why behind strategy
- Achieve buy in across the organization
- Oversee program budget

- Your experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sustainability, including project management, planning, strategy
- Deep understanding of building energy management and EV charging infrastructure
- Experience in corporate operations as they relate to climate initiatives to reduce carbon emissions
- History of sucessfully working across all facets of an organization to bring united effort towards becoming carbon neutral by 2030
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive salary with opportunities for additional incentives. We review compensation annually to make sure what we offer is fair and in line with the market. Target salary range for this role is $130K-200K

Kalles Group is steadily growing our talent pool across the USA! This role is limited to the Greater Seattle area.
