As a Senior Consultant - Marketing Automation at Mammoth Growth, you will be expected to lead CRM and marketing automation projects with our fast paced and high growth clients, bring fresh ideas and direct the strategy that drives growth for our clients. You will have a relentless focus on data quality, automation, testing & analytics. You should be comfortable discussing complex technical topics with both marketers and engineers in order to develop solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Organize and deliver professional services on data driven marketing and analytics projects across a portfolio of clients
- Partner effectively with cross functional teams to drive growth, increase efficiency and address customer concerns efficiently and decisively
- Help our clients maximise their CRM programmes by improving data quality and building highly automated, personalised marketing campaigns
- Use data and split tests to drive learning within the client’s marketing organisation
- Develop strong relationships with our tool vendor partners
- Establish strategic relationships with our clients and stakeholders
- Maintain responsibility for project deliverables and success outcomes
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Mammoth leadership team
- Display breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
- Coach, lead and support delivery teams and staff
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in a consulting, marketing, technical or cross-functional role; focusing on marketing automation, data analytics, product development
- 3+ years experience working with Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Hubspot or MarketoÂ
- Preferred technical knowledge of Braze
- Experience implementing new data points in a CRM system (or several!)
- Experience managing senior-level stakeholder relationships
- Experience leading projects
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Previous experience supporting pre-sales, proposals, and RFPs
- Proven track record of consistently achieving your targets
Nice to Haves:
- Braze Administrator or Implementation Consultant certification
- Previous professional services or consulting experience
- Experience applying data driven decision making to marketing and growth functions
- Experience with two or three sided marketplace businesses
