The Senior Consumer Ecommerce Specialist - Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for developing and executing the process to manage inbound requests from cross-functional stakeholders to the Consumer eCommerce team. This role will manage communication on initiative status from top of funnel to bottom of funnel. This role will work with cross-functional teams to build the best-in-class experience for identifying, prioritizing, and managing all inbound requests. This role will also proactively identify key opportunities for the Consumer eCommerce team to prioritize, develop and execute by driving strategy alignment with Brand, National Ad, DT, UX Design, Sales teams, and agency partners.

Other key responsibilities include the ability to document/map current intake processes and to develop and launch new processes designed to achieve efficiency and winning results against key success metrics.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Responsible for prioritization and resourcing of all inbound requests from Brand, Channel and ME partners: Bodewell, Air & Water, Parts & Filtration, Monogram, Cafe, Profile, GE, Haier, Hotpoint, Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwasher, Clothes Care, Global and eCommerce team.
  • Single point of contact for all needs from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Responsible for developing and managing the cross-brand, functional calendar, and coordination with other functional calendars such as Park Studios, PR, and Brand.
  • Initiate and track all Jira tickets, aggregate necessary info, hold meetings and perform all necessary tasks to move items through the workflow process from start to finish.
  • Responsible for developing and executing communication strategy and cadence to key stakeholders.
  • Provide progress reporting: Track, measure, optimize and report on core KPIs.
  • Serve as key liaison working with Consumer Digital Solutions and DT teams.
  • Engage and manage cross-functional team in continuous feedback cycle driving cross-brand alignment.
  • Build robust intake process/tool to define, prioritize and drive key initiative requests.
  • Establish and facilitate Consumer eCommerce stakeholder meetings driving alignment on priorities, executing on time and on budget.
  • Work collaboratively within our matrixed organization to drive trust and efficiency enabling the Consumer eCommerce team to focus on core.
  • Think strategically and tactically while balancing competing priorities.
  • Partner with key agencies, DT teams, brand, advertising, merchandising, product teams, legal, communications and PR, to ensure consistency across all business touch points.
  • Drive regular leadership report outs on Consumer eCommerce initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teammates.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: digital/brand marketing, traditional marketing, or media
  • Minimum 2 years of prior eCommerce experience
  • Experience in setting and managing sales and margin goals, as well as the ability to establish and interpret relevant KPIs/performance and optimize merchandising plans to drive sales.
  • Prior experience working with web analytics, digital tools/technology, and multiple vendor/agency partners.
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to form strong partnerships and working relationships within the team, cross-functional and with vendor/agency partners.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in marketing or business administration
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
  • Experience working with multiple brands in an omni-channel environment.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work in a very fast-paced, matrixed organization serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • The ability to understand and explain complex issues, but also clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level.
  • Ability to present and influence leadership in a clear and concise manner on eCommerce progress and key learnings.
  • Willingness to work hard and contribute positively to a unique, fun, and exceptional company culture.

  • Portfolio of successful implementations and performance in previous roles.
