About the Role

The Senior Content Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insights into the effectiveness and quality of key content marketing assets, plans, and campaigns. This role supports the Content Marketing Center of Excellence (CMCoE) and helps the team make data-driven decisions when creating content strategies and plans. The Sr. Content Analyst will also be called upon to communicate these results to stakeholders and provide suggestions based on their findings to influence business decisions.

Note: This is a Hybrid role (*mix of working from home and in-office) and candidates can be based near either of these Hub office locations: Dallas Metro area (Carrollton), Minneapolis Metro area (Eagan).

In this Senior Content Analyst opportunity, you will:
  • Create and deliver content marketing reporting both from existing tools (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics) as well as self-generated
  • Participate in the testing of new content best practices and initiatives to drive future innovation and growth
  • Process and extract insight from marketing, digital data, and other sources to drive decision making within the CMCoE
  • Produce reporting that consolidates results across specific content packages used to drive customer action as part of marketing campaign motions
  • Lead and maintain an accurate, holistic view of content marketing business performance reporting across key campaigns - look for actionable insight (or predictive insight) rather than simply reporting on what happened already
  • Actively identify and participate in driving increased data quality and efficiency improvements, standardization, and business system enhancements
  • Learn and develop insights into customer behaviors from content data


About You

You could be a fit for the Senior Content Analyst if your background includes:
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing or Analytics preferred
  • 3 or more years of professional content marketing, operations, and/or marketing analysis experience
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Curious, adaptable, self-starter
  • Knowledge of professional services industry, especially legal or tax, is a plus
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Strong ability to prioritize, complete tasks independently with a high degree of accuracy, work with attention to detail, and deal with ambiguity
  • Skilled in navigating complex organizations, systems, and processes, distilling complexity into digestible reports, and communicating to stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of key content marketing tactics and KPIs
