The Impact of this RoleÂ
Day-to-day, you will work across multiple scrum teams to understand business needs and product requirements to create in-product guidance, UX copy, and online help, as well as contribute to release notes. You will also help us build out content guidelines in our design system.Â

QualificationsÂ
- You have 5+ years of experience in delivering content designs for products; preferably experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)Â
- You have a diverse online portfolio showcasing writing for complex, large-scale products with an emphasis on simplicity and clarityÂ
- You can assess, prioritize, and make trade-offs against business, technical, and user constraintsÂ
- Ability to make complicated topics clear and understandableÂ
- A love for user content and UX (both long-form content and microcopy) and a curiosity for exploring technical products and their usersÂ
- You have experience with content management systems or help authoring toolsÂ
- Experience creating walkthroughs or guides in product -- our team uses PendoÂ
