About the Role

Tebra is searching for a Senior Content Marketing Manager who will help lay the content foundation of Tebra’s consumer-facing websites. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker, laser-focused on strengthening our inbound marketing program, and spreading the word about Tebra. 

Your Area of Focus
  • Managing a rich content/editorial calendar that focuses on top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel content to drive awareness (including blogs, newsletters, ebooks, reports, webinars, interactive tools, videos, etc.)
  • Write compelling content briefs with clear project requirements
  • Managing a team of freelance content producers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, and email to drive customer acquisition
  • Provide content to a social media specialist with guidance on how to use it for campaigns 
  • Conduct customer, competitor, and industry research to recommend differentiated ideas to help Tebra stand out 
  • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations, and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics 
  • Use a test-and-learn approach to content strategy 
  • Ensure content is on-brand and optimized for search and user experience 
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in marketing roles with experience in content development, execution, and experimentation  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, creative writing, journalism, marketing, or a related field of study 
  • Experience in owning content projects end to end
  • Attention to detail and proven to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and the challenges that face independent practices
