Reporting to the Director, Growth Content, the Senior Content Marketing Manager supports strategy and development for all market-facing content. You will develop, execute, measure, and improve on tactics to help drive the Growth Content strategy and goals to increase investment, educate, and build stronger relationships with our prospects and customers. Our team is responsible for all go-to-market content with a goal of delivering a better experience for sales reps, prospects, customer success managers, and customers. Help us move the needle for Workhuman with compelling, educational content that makes work more human.
Responsibilities• Develop content from concept to execution that delivers an exceptional experience worthy of the Workhuman brand.• Support ongoing strategy development by determining content gaps, proactive opportunities, and data-driven decision making from what content is developed to channel and audience, all the way through planning distribution.• Take broader Workhuman messaging and content and adapt it to speak to various levels inside an organization, from program managers up to the C-level.• Develop critical partnerships with other marketing teams like Demand Gen, Customer Marketing, Sales, Account Based Marketing, Internal and External Communications, PR, and social media.• Translate brand marketing initiatives into market-facing narratives that reinforce the company's mission while aligning against individual needs of prospects and customers. Be able to bring these initiatives to life by communicating cross-functionality about needs and usage.• Develop, test, and deliver playbooks to give stakeholders the tools necessary to drive results.• Understand internal communications channels, systems, infrastructure, and tools to map and manage the flow and delivery of content internally and externally.• Develop quarterly metrics to measure the success of these programs.
Requirements• 8+ years in a communications, content, or other marketing writing role.• An exceptional communicator and writer who is highly organized, agile, and capable of managing a large volume of priorities.• Strong writing skills - with the ability to create a wide range of materials, including case studies, newsletters, white papers, scripts, and executive presentations.• Strong analytical skills - with the ability to translate "soft results" into hard numbers that can be shared with leadership teams.• Top notch collaborative skills, with the ability to work with many people at once and be open to new ideas, suggestions, and "in it to win it" together mentality.• Agency experience, or experience with basic content design, CMS, SEO, and tagging is a plus.
