Senior Content Marketing Programs Manager
Job Description
Tebra is searching for a Senior Content Marketing Programs Manager who will work to integrate content across marketing programs, including demand generation, to ensure optimal coverage of the entire funnel, from first impression to satisfied customer. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker with a data obsession to strengthen our inbound marketing and grow the Tebra brand.
Your Area of Focus- Developing substantial content assets that are used to generate leads and streamline conversion throughout the buying cycle (this includes interactive tools, ebooks, reports, surveys, webinars, and more)
- Write compelling content briefs with clear project requirements
- Managing outside resources to produce content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentÂ
- Working with internal teams to ensure every touchpoint and distribution channel is filled with rich, coordinated content campaignsÂ
- Ensuring all content produced matches with the buyer themes set by the organic marketing team and meets the quality standards of the Tebra brand
- Conduct customer, competitor, and industry research to recommend differentiated ideas to help Tebra stand outÂ
- Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations, and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metricsÂ

- 8+ years of professional experience in marketing roles with experience in content development, execution, and experimentation Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, creative writing, journalism, marketing, or a related field of studyÂ
- Experience in owning content projects end to end
- Attention to detail and proven to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine interest in healthcare and the challenges that face independent practicesÂ
- Prior experience working with demand generation teams
- Experience with solutions like marketing automation, CRM, sales enablement toolsÂ
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Bonus! Understanding of the healthcare industry and challenges of independent practices and medical billersÂ
