We are currently searching for an Individual contributing Senior Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at Taster’s Club. The successful candidate will leverage their unique skills, strengths and experience to directly impact top line revenue. We are looking to fill this role in our North America market. Once you get settled in and learn more about the team, your day to day activities will look something like this:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and content opportunities.
• Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-driven content for our website, blog, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with the internal team and external partners.
• Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content creation processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
• Manage and optimize our presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
• Monitor social media metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO and social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Marketing with SEO/Content experience.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Content Marketer, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in SEO and content marketing.
• ​​Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on creating SEO-friendly content.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve SEO and social media performance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles would be an asset.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Magento, etc. is preferred.
• Certifications in SEO and social media marketing are a plus.

Your CompensationThe annual pay range for this role is expected to be between $54,600 - $65,500 USD or $75,000 - $90,000 CAD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant’s skill set.
