Job Description

PingCAP is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Content Writer to join our APAC marketing team. This role involves crafting compelling customer case studies, insightful blogs, and engaging marketing copy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing enterprise content and a deep understanding of the technology sector, particularly in databases or related fields.

Responsibilities

- Produce high-quality customer case studies that showcase the impact of PingCAP's products on businesses in various industries.

- Write blog posts that highlight the features, benefits, and technical advancements of TiDB and other PingCAP products.

- Create engaging copy for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials to effectively communicate PingCAP's value proposition to a diverse APAC audience.

- Collaborate with the product marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports product launches, feature updates, and market expansion efforts.

- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and leverage insights to position PingCAP as a thought leader in the database technology sector.

- Ensure all content aligns with PingCAP's brand, tone, and style guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise writing or copywriting, preferably within the technology or cloud/database sector.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proven ability to produce clear, engaging, and technically accurate content.

- Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable text.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing content projects from inception to completion.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with various internal teams across the APAC region.

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field; technical background or familiarity with cloud/database technologies is highly advantageous.
