At CLEAResult, we implement hundreds of Energy Efficiency and Demand Response programs every year. Each of these programs requires the use of technology enabled workflows, trained staff, and standard operational procedures (both automated and manual) to deliver contractual commitments to our clients. These critical functions are supplemented by support from national service teams that touch numerous processes and functions across CLEAResult and require direct support of our clients.

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce who are changing the way people use energy. As the Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for directly improving new and existing processes that are effectively designed to align with our Statement of Work (SOW) and exceed our client expectations. These processes will include but are not limited to software enabled automations and customer interactions, field activity workflows, client reporting, internal forecasting, management structures and other infrastructure related items. The Senior Continuous Improvement Manager will have a clearly defined improvement target to reduce costs and/or increase productivity through any positive change possible.

  • Develop comprehensive procedures and functions that successfully analyze program performance and financials that establish baselines of expected performance.
  • Benchmark programs with similar market approaches or functions.
  • Identify gaps, opportunities and needed improvements in key business functions that exceed baseline expectations through cost reductions or productivity enhancements.
  • Drive process improvement within programs identified. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop or simplify processes; provide guidance and expertise on policies, practices, and procedures to garner results.
  • Establish change management procedures within improvements identified and implemented, coaching teams to use lean methodology and thinking
  • Monitor improvement progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Influence new strategies, processes and functions (including software products) by measuring expected outcomes with baseline performance.
  • Establish continuous improvement KPIs that allow program and operational teams to measure improvements.
  • Identify and report any project risks or dependencies that may occur in the establishment of improvement changes and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Work with both clients and other 3rd Party program stakeholders to improve program operations.
  • Demonstrate ability to negotiate conflict, manage differences of opinion, and communicate with all different personality types among team members effectively.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

  • 8+ years relevant project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience with workflow efficiency, cost-reductions, productivity increases, etc. within Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in an industry or business-related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma/Lean Management Certifications
  • 5+ Years Energy Efficiency Program/Project Leadership Experience
  • Relevant experience within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply-Chain management (SCM) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Compensation Range

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00
