In this role, you will be crucial in managing contractual agreements and ensuring compliance within a dynamic team. Your expertise will contribute significantly to innovative treatments and therapies in the healthcare sector. As a Senior Contract Analyst, you will engage closely with internal stakeholders, oversee contractual projects, and help shape contractual processes that enhance operational efficiency. Accountabilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.Serve as CSA delivery expert for high priority studies and oversee the CSA delivery performance at study level.Act as the point of escalation to CSA team members and study teams on clinical site budget and agreement process issues and facilitate resolution to the issues.Manage or approve high-level estimates or budget build for local, regional, and global development trials at study, country, or site level.Conduct thorough analysis of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract interpretation, compliance issues, and contractual rights and obligations.Maintain accurate and organized contract records, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.Assist in developing and implementing contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field; advanced degree or certification in contract management preferred.Previous experience in contract administration, negotiation, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
