Senior Contracts Operations Analyst

Job Description:
As the Senior Contracts Operations Analyst, you will partner closely with the Associate General Counsel of Contracts and other members of the Legal leadership team to deliver results and help the company achieve its mission. This role will report into the AGC of Contracts, and will be responsible for recommending, supporting and implementing the strategy for legal operations. You are organized and able to work on long-term projects as well as requests requiring a quick turnaround. You love working cross-functionally and globally to support the Legal team's goals.

What you'll own:

• Working with leadership to recommend, implement, and maintain tools and processes to improve legal operations.
• Create, maintain, and deliver training to new team members. Provide operational support to the team for all tools.
• Onboarding new legal team members with set up of all required legal tools and apps.
• Lead the data-driven initiatives of the department by creating, implementing and maintaining meaningful analytics for Contract team workload volume, service level agreement alignment, and NPS scoring.
• Providing back up support for Contracts team review requests on an as needed basis.
• Partner with the AGC of Contracts to select contract management tools and manage transition from existing tools.
• Contracts team lead for multi-functional Salesforce project. Assist in UAT testing and development of change-management materials to support team transition to the new environment.
• Implement best practices and supervise team compliance with contract database management. Participate in the development and implementation of a contract scoring algorithm, monitor and maintain scoring metrics.
• Work with Legal team to manage data protection agreement updates and subprocessor information distribution to customers.

Experience you'll need:

• 8+ years of experience working on a legal team.
• 8+ years of demonstrable experience in an operational capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative.
• Experience building rapport with sales and legal teams with a curious mentality to continuously learn about the challenges and insights teams face.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to make compelling, data-informed, recommendations for change.
• Maintained, used, or configured legal productivity tools such as Salesforce.com, Adobe Pro and DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite. Extensive experience in Salesforce and DocuSign required. Contract lifecycle management software experience required.
• Built workflows and dashboards that analyze legal operations.
• User Acceptance Testing experience in Salesforce and/or contract management solutions.
