Senior Conversion Analyst
Job Description
Blackbaud is searching for a Data Conversion Analyst / ETL Developer to join our Professional Services team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of converting our customers' data into Blackbaud's exclusive software solutions along with resolving any issues affecting the schedule or quality of conversion deliverables. The role will require delivery of multiple concurrent projects which consist of importing, analyzing, mapping and converting customer data. You will accomplish this through building conversion routines with SQL and Blackbaud's proprietary toolset. You will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate documentation for customers and project teams so that data runs can be thoroughly tested, ensuring that deliverables reach our customers on time in order to meet or exceed customer's expectations. A key to success will be working directly with customers in order to set proper expectations to ensure that the conversion is of high quality and is delivered on-time.

Software Proficiency Requirements
- SQL Server Management Studio
- Requirement Ticketing System (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excel / Word / Outlook
- Ability to learn Blackbaud Proprietary Conversion Tools
- Desired: Knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge
- Desired: Development experience with SQL Server Integration Services
Technical Skills
- 5+ years conversion or report writing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years writing SQL / SQL Optimization / SQL Profiling
- 5+ years in a Professional Services or similar customer facing/serving organization

The starting base pay is $67,400.00 to $90,700.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
