Senior Conversion Analyst - Remote
Job Description
As a member of the Technical Services team within Professional Services, the Senior Conversion Analyst is responsible for working directly with client partners and supporting complex data migrations, by converting legacy data to ProLaw conversions. You will manage multiple data conversions simultaneously and prioritize effectively to ensure on-time Go Lives . In addition, you will provide leadership and guidance to less experienced members of the team. This individual will contribute to the improvement of the processes and technologies that facilitate ProLaw conversions. The role is a combination of simple to complex data conversions using Microsoft and proprietary tools.
About You
- 7+ years performing and leading data extractions and data conversion work.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Mathematics or equivalent.
- Prior knowledge and awareness of Elite products, the legal industry, or Financial/Accounting Systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and experience developing TSQL/SQL queries.
- Understanding of T-SQL scripts, Store Procedures and Views to modify and execute them.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Microsoft Analysis Services, Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.
- Data mapping experience with ability to read specifications for data migrations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams, communicating goals and deadlines.
- Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees.
- Providing teams with information about recent developments, process changes, etc.
- Technically mentoring the team on data conversion best practices both industry and TR known.
