Senior Coordinator – Insurance and Risk Management

Job Summary: The Senior Coordinator – IRM will coordinate and manage the various facets of its insurance review and verification services. The Senior Coordinator will primarily coordinate insurance program reviews, manage client accounts, present to prospective ISN clients, handle process and system improvement initiatives, provide technical insurance support and assistance to clients, run various types of analysis and participate in insurance conformance projects and activities. The position requires that one be a self-starter, possess excellent organization skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to multi- task in a fast pace environment.

• Review insurance coverage submitted against client specific requirements
• Provide direction to contractor and/or agent to address submission deficiencies
• Perform audits on previously reviewed insurance submittals
• Answer internal and external questions regarding completed reviews
• Provide assistance on new account setups and the management of existing accounts
• Conduct new account pre-screen analysis studies
• Prepare reports on global industry trends and news

• Bachelor’s degree in risk/insurance management from an accredited university or equivalent work experience 

• 2-5 years experience in commercial property & casualty insurance management as a broker CSR, underwriter, claims, risk manager, or producer
• Solid knowledge of all commercial P&C lines of coverage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility
• CRM, CIP, or FCIP designations preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

The location: ISN is based in Dallas, TX. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is the fourth largest metropolitan area in the country, with a wide variety of excellent schools, entertainment venues, sports teams, and museums. ISN’s headquarters is in uptown Dallas, a short walk from multiple restaurants and shops, with easy access to public transportation and major highways.
