Job Description

So, we're looking for a creative, conceptual thinker, and a nimble, thoughtful writer who is not only fluent in sports, but is prepared to become fluent in the vast language of sports betting - all in one - to support our in-house Caesars Sportsbook creative team as a Senior Copywriter.
Caesar Will Need You To:

• Write and edit original copy and content for a range of marketing deliverables including web/mobile, radio, social, banner ads, OOH, email, video, etc.
• Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
• Leverage the Caesars voice to best execute new state launches, activations, and betting promotions, while educating new bettors on the app/betting landscape
• Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution
• Collaborate with a dedicated regional team of art directors, designers, and copywriters from concept development to delivery of final product
• Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to internal client representative as needed, and occasionally participate in pitches for new creative needs

• Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action
• Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of channel and industry trends, as well as brand style guidelines for consistency in messaging and voice

Caesar Requires:

• Portfolio showcasing 3-5 years of relevant copywriting experience at an agency (in-house or otherwise) or other sports media/brand related setting
• Experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also out of home and print
• Proven experience with concept development
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
• An understanding of sports - familiarity with sports betting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Creative Suite
