We are looking to hire a Conversion Copywriter who will help boost conversion rates along our entire customer journey.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft high-converting copy across the entire customer journey, including websites, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective copy variations.
- Perform ongoing customer and market research to deeply understand target audience pain points.
- Monitor and analyze conversion rates, industry trends, and advertising strategies to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze copy performance, interpret data insights, and iteratively optimize campaigns to boost conversion rates, ROI, and overall effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changing consumer behaviors to continuously refine and optimize copywriting strategies.

- Urgency - Create a sense of urgency that compels our audience to take immediate action without leaving the page.
- Friction - Your attention to detail will minimize any friction points, making it easy for customers to navigate, find what they want, and complete their purchase.
- Cart value - You'll create persuasive upsell opportunities that encourage customers to buy more for faster, easier, or more effective results.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working with e-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands or performance marketing agencies.
- A strong portfolio with samples of long form and short form copy, Ads, Landing pages, VSLs written for the health / wellness / supplements niche.
- Proven ability to improve conversion rates, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness through optimized copy with a focus on landing pages.
- Proven track record of designing and executing A/B tests for copy variations, interpret test results and make data driven decisions.
- Proficiency with data and analytics tools like Google Analytics to inform copywriting decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong collaborative skills, valuing diverse perspectives and actively contributing to cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
