Hi There, This is Laura from CI&T!

I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in USA, as a Senior Copywriter. Here, you will be working on a international project for the automotive sector. If you are creative, in tune with market trends, and have a strong understanding of user needs, this is the ideal opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful campaigns and produce diverse content
- Create texts and concepts for campaigns and institutional materials.
- Produce content for social media and e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Research and testing to understand audience needs and improve content effectiveness.


Requirements for this challenge:
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- User-Focused Writing: Ability to write clearly, concisely, and accessibly.
- Writing and Grammar Skills: Mastery of English, with attention to grammar, spelling, and style.
- Understanding of Target Audience: Ability to understand the needs and desires of our audience to create - resonating messages.
- Consistency and Tone of Voice: Maintain a voice aligned with the brand, adapting tone to fit the context.

Nice to have
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in content creation.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure content performance.
- A collaborative mindset that values decentralized management and continuous learning.
