Senior Copywriter

• Content Planning: Maintain a content calendar to plan, schedule, and track deliverables with members of the marketing team.
• Growth Marketing Copywriting and/or Editing: Help keep our website content and digital campaigns fresh and relevant. Collaborate with our Director, Web Marketing on new pages, blogs, emails, and customer case studies.
• Product Marketing Copywriting and/or Editing: Revise product copy to maximize clarity and ease-of-use. Assist in developing product descriptions and guides that clearly convey Pontera’s capabilities and value proposition.
• Thought Leadership Writing: Review content requests from sales and communications teams and manage projects from start to finish, including outline development with the requester, industry research, drafting, and editing with team feedback.  
• Content Review: Gather feedback from the internal and external stakeholders who can verify that your writing lands as intended. Exercise a high degree of flexibility and continuous improvement when receiving constructive feedback.
• Building Expertise: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to keep your finger on the pulse of our industry, develop a deep product understanding, and hone stakeholder perspectives.
• Mentorship & Copyediting: Exercise your mentorship and copyediting skills to help other team members and freelancers improve their writing. 

• 6+ years of experience writing for B2B technology, fintech a major plus
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills, exemplified in your writing portfolio
• Ability to synthesize complex financial information for multiple audiences
• Expert at soliciting, embracing, and incorporating feedback on your work
• Strong drive to become a subject matter expert 

• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
