Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour, and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As a Senior Copywriter, you will have the opportunity to pioneer this important new role in Engrain's marketing department. This role will lead our creative marketing content efforts. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working alongside a talented growing team in Denver, this role will collaborate with thought-leaders within the company and product experts to elevate the message and relationship with our multifamily partners and clients through various channels. This job requires handling tight-deadline projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
What you'll do...

• Research industry-related topics and to identify gaps in our content and/or new content opportunities
• Write original copy in various formats, i.e., long-form, short-form, digital ads, automated email campaigns and social media posts
• Work closely with the product team to ensure that our value propositions are clearly identified and compelling enough to drive engagement
• Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by colleagues and freelancers
• Ensure all copy is written in a consistent tone and style that is outlined by our brand standards
• Use SEO best practices to optimize articles and increase visibility as applicable
• Liaise with Designers to enrich text with visual aids, like images, charts and infographics
• Work with Marketing Operations to create and monitor reports on content, like web traffic, email engagement and conversion rates
• Interview clients, industry experts and internal teams

Requirements
What you offer us...

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or relevant field
• 7+ years of work experience as a copywriter, product copywriter, or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• An ability to write creative copy both for long- and short-form content
• Solid time management skills
• Basic keyword search knowledge
• Experience in multifamily or the broader real estate industry preferred but not required

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $90,000 - $120,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
