Position Summary 

Domo's Legal Department is looking for a talented, versatile technology transactions attorney to help support Domo’s expanding business. This attorney will work closely with Domo’s sales teams assisting with the legal aspects of outbound SaaS and IT services agreements and other commercial transactions and will support a variety of other legal needs as they arise. This role can be remote, hybrid, or in-office at Domo’s American Fork, Utah office. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Structure, review, draft, and negotiate SaaS and IT master services agreements and other commercial agreements with Domo customers in a high-volume, growth environment;
• Provide legal support on privacy and data security-related issues, including review and negotiation of data processing agreements;
• Assist with compliance, export, general corporate, and other legal matters as needed.

Job Requirements 

• J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar;
• A minimum of 5 years of legal experience in technology transactions;
• Strong background in SaaS transactions;
• Excellent project management and analytical skills;
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills;
• Business-oriented legal outlook, experience supporting an enterprise sales team is a plus;
• Exceptional judgment, effective communicator, strong work ethic, dependable, and a demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse and complex workload.
• The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, enjoy working hard and being challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $140,000 - $190,000.
