Senior Corporate Legal Specialist (Paralegal)

Your Role:

As the Senior Corporate Legal Specialist (Paralegal), you’ll be providing law-related and senior-level administrative support to our in-house legal team for a publicly-traded company with a minimum of supervision.

Responsibilities:

This position consists of a great deal of autonomous management and administration responsibilities and functions in various areas, including corporate; investor relations; securities; transactional matters; document preparation, management and retention; intellectual property; risk management; and general department administration and support

Basic Qualifications:

• HS Diploma (or GED equivalent) with 5 years’ paralegal work experience
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in a corporate environment
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently to complete tasks within given deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Notary public certification preferred
• A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
• Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
• A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
• A genuine fascination for the EV field and a commitment to global change
• A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor

Annual Salary Range:

$80,000 - $90,000, plus benefits and incentive plans
