Senior Creative (Art), Contract

What You’ll Do:

ATTN: is looking for a Senior Creative (Art) to concept, develop, script and produce short-form content as part of an exciting collaboration to launch a major brand on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have out of the box ideas and a familiarity with TikTok. 

This is a contract role until end of 2022 with the potential to extend. 

• Create short-form content for a new client channel on TikTok 
• Collaborate with a creative partner and Creative Director to develop TikTok concepts, formats, and content calendars 
• Support a creative copywriting partner as they write concepts and scripts for TikTok videos, and once approved, collaborate with the production team to create videos that are premium and native to the platform
• Translate brand strategy into entertaining TikTok videos, while paying attention to viral trends and emerging talent on the platform
• Communicate with external TikTok creators, briefing and providing creative direction and feedback
• Continually evolve and elevate the content approach based on best-performing approaches and client feedback
• Support day-to-day on internal and client projects, consisting of various types of influencer-led social media executions 
• Participate in internal briefings, creative brainstorms, and daily creative meetings

Who You Are:

• 5+ years experience across social, editorial, or video production
• Detail-oriented self-starter who brings hands-on experience in digital media content development and production
• Experience working with influencers and creators
• Experience editing and filming for fast-paced social platforms
• Grasp of current viral trends and how to make shareable content 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can-do approach and ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to work cross-functionally with relevant teams and stakeholders
• Passionate, positive, and self-motivated
