The ideal Senior Creative Designer understands the importance of cohesive branding and has prior experience working with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and bring to life compelling landing pages and graphics. Equipped with an exceptional eye for detail, you are a creative problem-solver who crafts impactful visuals that resonate. The Role:
- Design and develop engaging landing pages that align with brand strategy.
- Conceptualize and create captivating graphics for various marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and growth.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Work hand in hand with the content and product teams to accomplish design goals.
- Identify new design opportunities and trends to keep ClickUp at the forefront of creative innovation.
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual identity of ClickUp, helping to grow its brand presence.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct experience in a design role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a design team.
- Proven success in branding, landing page design, and graphics creation.
- Proficient in working with both marketing and product teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- An innate sense of creativity and a hunger for leveraging AI to streamline design processes.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,500 (base pay)
