The Role

The Senior Creative Director, Client Operations provides the vision for creative efforts to guide marketing and promotional to bring services to market through infusing our brand and cultural elements. Leader is accountable for providing successful leadership and management of a range of integrated Go-To-Market programs including overall creative direction through thoughtful combination of campaign execution and technology-enabled solutions across the Nordic global brand solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Creative Director, Client Operations will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Leadership
  • Demonstrate Nordic's maxims with enthusiasm, optimism, and courage
  • Collaborate with Client Partnerships and business line leadership on departmental strategies and business operations
  • Directly managing, mentoring, and developing a team of direct reports with an emphasis on creating a team and culture that is empowered and motivated to execute, as needed

  • Working on business operations projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis,and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested

Go-To-Market Communications
  • Oversee the creative processes for the global sales organizational alignment with brand, business line, and thought leadership teams in support of go-to-market strategy, events, client communications, analyst relations, and vendor/partner strategy
  • Lead the creative visioning and planning for our go-to-market strategy in collaboration with brand marketing, thought leadership, and business partners to jointly define, develop, execute, and analyze high-impact go-to-market campaigns across existing and new solution launches to maximize the revenue opportunity
  • Demonstrate full fluency and command of the visual brand and global family brands through all collaborative efforts with sales and business line owners
  • Develop and drive regional marketing plan and calendar for GTM campaigns, programs, including buyer, cross-sector and sector programs
  • Develop, retain, lead, and mentor agile go-to-market creative team across all creative tools, software, and platforms while educating on overall software consulting industry and its sector verticals
  • Design, storyboard, produce, and edit presentations, video, graphic, and photo assets as needed in support of campaigns and sales enablement efforts
  • Drive development, approval, execution, and measurement of campaigns for use in website, email, paid advertising and social media campaigns
  • Design, maintain, and own a high-quality go-to-market toolkit and approach to enable sales team to articulate value proposition and champion the solutions internally and externally
  • Optimize enterprise CRM data integration standards in support of managing and protocols for obtaining customer and lead data based on interactions with brand properties (events, web, social, and etc)
  • Research and recommend innovative marketing channels and approaches to promote Nordic solutions
  • Partner with Sales department to establish lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards through comprehensive marketing analytics platform to measure reach of investments
  • Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge on brand, marketing and communications issues, trends and long-term implications
  • Develop and deliver a communication strategy to support global sales enablement strategy and priorities
  • Oversee and create variety of communications, including news stories, leadership messages, templates, talking points and FAQs, and content for intranet sites, delivered via various channels
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to support the Client Team

Other Duties
  • Assist with and attend Nordic client events and conferences at Corporate office or other locations
  • Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary

Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 12 years equivalent experience
  • Substantial marketing and communications experience in a global professional services firm
  • Experience leading and managing high-performance teams and measurably effective marketing programs
  • Proven ability to thrive in and foster an existing team-oriented culture rooted in respect, high ethics and integrity, teamwork, comradery, collaboration, and effective communication
  • Strong understanding of EHR or healthcare strategy consulting market
  • Demonstrated success in customer service or account management preferred
  • Experience working in a solutions-oriented environment where anticipation of client needs is a frequent occurrence
  • Demonstrated ability in conceptualizing both problems and solutions and converting concepts to actions in a way that is actionable by team members
  • Experience utilizing a strong customer service attitude and skill set
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Must demonstrate and embody Nordic's maxims

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Occasional travel to home office, video shoot locations, or conferences. Estimated travel volume of up to 15%
