Position Summary

The Senior Creative Lead will lead the conceptualization of big ideas and be responsible for the visual expression of the EarnIn brand across multiple touch points including 360 brand campaigns, video and digital advertising, and social. The Senior Creative Lead is expected to develop culture tapping, brand-forward ideas that keep EarnIn top of mind and create innovative brand content. In this position, you will work closely with the Senior Copywriter and will report to the Creative Director.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on creative leader who considers themselves an idea generator with a passion for crafting trend-setting work and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000 - $205,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Preference for hiring in the Bay Area or Los Angeles. 

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Senior Copywriter to concept strategic buzzworthy ideas for EarnIn’s marketing and advertising initiatives at an industry winning level
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop and evolve EarnIn’s brand look and feel, bringing a cohesive brand experience to all marketing touch points
• Generate ideas from a single social media post to implementing a national marketing campaign across multiple touchpoints
• Lead the in-house creation of marketing content to produce creative ideas
• Be a team player and lead within the creative team, working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Be a source of inspiration for the creative team by sharing the latest the creative and cultural marketing trends 

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in creation of video and animation assets
• Mastery of design and art direction principles with an acute attention to detail 
• Proven ability to take a trending moment in culture and turn it into a moment of attention for a brand
• Ability to lead your own projects with autonomy
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote team environment
• Motivated, self-starter with an action oriented and can-do attitude
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, Figma and knowledge in motion & video editing is a requirement.
• At least 8 years of experience in an advertising or in-house creative role, experience with financial technology is a plus
• A portfolio site must be submitted to be considered for the role
