POSITION SUMMARY

Trailer Park Group is currently seeking a Senior Creative Recruiter with advertising/marketing agency, entertainment or gaming creative recruitment experience to join our fast-growing Talent Acquisition team. If you’re well networked within the creative services market, pride yourself on strong candidate sourcing skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role may be just for you.

The ideal candidate is someone who isn’t afraid to seek and connect with top talent, has excellent communication and strong follow-up skills, and thinks strategically about sourcing great freelance and staff creatives on a global basis. We seek an innovative talent who is a savvy candidate sourcing expert and has mastered the art of CRM management skills, including candidate drip campaigns to keep in contact with our ever-growing database of creative candidates.
This position is remote, but we're hopeful you live within driving distance to our Hollywood, California office.  Our recruiting team meets in person once a month.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Use advanced sourcing techniques to seek and attract top-tier creative talent
• Assess creative portfolios for AV editors, producers, art directors and social designers across AV, Key Art, Print, Social, Digital, and other creative candidate job openings
• Maintain a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in your candidate sourcing efforts
• Employ strong interview techniques (including behavioral questions) to assess candidate skills and qualifications
• Work closely with both candidates and hiring leaders to create and negotiate fair, competitive, and equitable job offers
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with our hiring leaders, providing a superior level of customer service, creative/strategic partnering solutions, and sound recommendations to help them make the right hiring decisions
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS in a consistent, real-time fashion to provide leadership proper reporting on job activity
• Act as the subject matter expert in partnership with our hiring managers to create requisition profiles, job description details, title alignment, compensation ranges, and strategic go-to-market recruiting ideation
• Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition team members by providing suggestions regarding process improvements, recruiter training and industry resources, standard operating procedure & best practices

WHAT YOU WILL NEED/QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years recruitment experience (in-house/corporate recruiting preferred)
• Extensive sourcing and recruiting of creative talent required (Art, Copy, Social, Editors, Producers, etc.)
• Entertainment, Gaming or Advertising/Marketing agency recruiting experience extremely helpful
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Superior candidate sourcing experience and techniques – above and beyond post & pray options or LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing
• Technical proficiency in data mining the internet for candidates required. MS Office & ATS proficiency also important.
• Excellent internal client leadership and management skills – must be service oriented
• Strong sales negotiation expertise
• A passion for employer branding and candidate experiences helpful
