SENIOR CREATIVE STRATEGIST FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

BURGA — a non-traditional fashion brand taking the world by storm — is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist for Social Media focusing on unique and trend-setting video content.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a Senior Creative Strategist for Social Media, you will dive into the wild worlds of social media, where your mission will be to make everyone talk about BURGA's organic video content. From dreaming up out-of-this-world video concepts to overseeing the entire creative process, analyzing results, and making decisions for the future, you'll be the maestro of our digital storytelling. If you're the kind of creative mastermind who wants to let their imagination run wild and implement award-winning concepts, this role is where the party's at! GET READY TO:

- Develop and implement unique and innovative creative strategies for our organic social media channels, primarily focusing on video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

- Drive experimentation and always go the extra mile with different video concepts, consistently coming up with fresh ideas and formats to elevate our brand presence on social media.

- Organize and lead larger-scale social media video shoots, ensuring a seamless and efficient production process.

- Collaborate with both in-house and user-generated content creators and editors, providing clear briefs and scripting guidance to bring our creative vision to life.

- Spearhead the management and oversight of our social media video creators, including detailed briefing, strategic planning of their work, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their output and boost their expertise.

- Work closely with designers to ensure a cohesive integration of brand visual identity through social media accounts, maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand image.

- Stay at the forefront of social media trends, consistently bringing in innovative ideas to enhance our organic social media presence.

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including video creators, editors, and designers, to align creative strategies with broader marketing and communication goals.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

- Have 5+ years of experience in the creative field.

- Proven success in developing creative strategies for organic social media.

- Deep knowledge in video production and editing.

- Strong briefing and scripting skills, effectively communicating creative concepts to in-house and user-generated content creators/editors.

- Excellent organizational skills for managing various aspects of creative production.

- Adaptability and excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for crafting compelling social media narratives.

- Out-of-the-box creative thinking.

- Eagerness to learn and share experiences.

- Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

SALARY: 2600-3700 Eur/gross but we’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
