Role Summary

Reporting to Senior Group Credit Control Manager you will be responsible for cash collection from previously invoiced sales for UK & International Distributors. You will also be responsible for providing support to the Credit Control team to help reduce outstanding debt and continually hit DSO targets. Working closely with various other teams to ensure timely collection of cash including but not limited to the Commercial Finance team, Sales teams and Order Management team.

Shift Timings - 9AM – 5:30PM UK Time

What you will do

• Set up and initiate meetings with partners and distributors to resolve any issues relating to the maximization of cash collection
• Point of contact for escalations from Partners & Distributors, via telephone & email.
• Handling queries from Partners & Distributors, via telephone & email.
• Liaising with the Sales and Order Processing teams regarding queries, credit accounts, and order disputes.
• Liaising with sales teams to ensure cash collection numbers are achieved.
• Creating Partner & Distributor accounts in Salesforce and SAP
• Performing credit checks on Partners & Distributors
• Posting incoming payments from Partners & Distributors
• Weekly bank reconciliations
• Monitoring the Credit Control inbox daily
• Cash Forecasting
• Monitoring of WHT process for specific regions
• Credit approval cover in the absence of the Credit Control Manager
• Any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time
• Chasing outstanding debt via telephone & email
• Sending out copy invoices/credit notes, statements, and final demands
• Overseeing a large volume of debtors globally
• Providing cover for Credit Controllers on their country specific ledgers
• Support team to help achieve monthly collection & DSO targets
• Other Ad hoc duties
