Senior Credit Analyst

What we're looking for

Our team are responsible for the credit assessment, invoicing, collections and cash application of each sale we make. We perform credit assessments on future sales to support selling to our customers on credit. We support in the resolution of any discrepancies during the order to cash cycle. We work with other important stakeholders to help resolve any challenges.

We are looking for an senior credit analyst to join our team. You will report directly to the Senior Accounts Receivable Manager. You will be responsible for our global credit assessment for our new sales. You will minimize any financial risk to Momentive through credit assessing our customers before the completion of the sale.

This is a 12-month contract position.

You will

• Credit assess applications to determine credit viability, customer payment history and customer creditworthiness
• Perform credit risk analysis on existing customer portfolio
• Collaborate with other company partners to support gathering of customer financial statements
• Make recommendations to adjust our credit limits
• Gather correct approvals for all credit recommendations above their authority
• Support collection activities
• Implement process improvements

You have

• 2+ years direct credit assessment experience (4-8 years of total experience)
• Experience using Dun and Bradstreet
• Prior experience using Salesforce
• Experience reviewing financial statements and financial ratios
