Job Description

The Senior CRM Dynamics Developer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of customized CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically for on-premises deployments. This role focuses on optimizing the CRM platform to address business requirements, enhance customer interactions, and drive operational efficiency. The Senior Developer works closely with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions while ensuring code quality, security, and performance. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to the broader CRM strategy to support business growth.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Developer, with a focus on MS Dynamics 365.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development for on-premises environments.
  • Strong expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 workflows, forms, and views.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics 365 development.
  • Solid experience in SQL Server database management, including performance optimization and ensuring data integrity.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and other systems.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security models, data management practices, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.
  • Prior experience in the banking or fintech industry.
  • Proficiency in on-premises installation, administration, and system maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, Windows, Active Directory, and SQL Server principles.
  • Experience working with IIS, XRM Toolbox, and third-party CRM plugins.
