Job Description
We are looking for a Senior CRO and Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Technology team. You will report to the Marketing Services Manager. This is a hybrid workplace.
These will be your key responsibilities:
- You implement and optimise Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve email/SMS/mobile push performance and engagement.
- You use Marketing Automation tools (e.g Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.) to streamline campaign execution, enhance targeting, and improve customer journey experiences.
- You analyse campaign data to identify trends and insights, making recommendations for continuous improvement in both CRO and Marketing Automation efforts.
- You manage continuous content management and content optimization across various platforms such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Cloud, Drupal, Salesforce, or SAP Hybris.
- You create special campaigns, landing pages, and assist with relaunch and content migration projects.
- You advise clients on efficient work with our CMS platforms.
- You coordinate colleagues relevant to campaign setup, such as copywriters and asset designers.
- You create email marketing campaigns for our clients.
- You are responsible for quality control, the creation of dashboards and reports, and the ongoing optimisation of campaigns.
Qualifications
- You have 3+ years of experience in campaign management with understanding of platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze & Sitecore
- You have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects and a track record of improving conversion rates.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
- You have experience with marketing automation technologies, digital marketing and customer journeys.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- You have project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- You are fluent in English.
