Senior Curam Developer

Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Curam Developer to lead our development team. The
ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the latest versions of Curam and a proven track
record of delivering complex solutions. This role involves strategic planning, architecture design, and
mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Curam solutions.
• Define architecture and design patterns for Curam applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Curam applications.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Curam technologies and industry trends.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they are met on schedule.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Curam development.
• In-depth knowledge of the Curam Social Program Management platform.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong experience with SQL, database design, and management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Experience with Agile development practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certification in Curam development.
• Experience in government or social services projects.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
