We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager with the passion and experience to build what matters – one project at a time. Our new Senior Program Manager will play a role in managing Microsoft Retail operations and readiness.

Would you like to...

  • Supports business management, operations, and productions across the IMS team.
  • Manages operational efficiencies, tools & documentation through change management and process improvement; always with a mind to evolve & review in an ongoing basis as business needs shift & change.
  • Supports vendor & agency management and evaluation of gaps based on team needs.
  • Manages all up strategy and master schedule for work across the team; developing a cornerstone document for Project Managers to map their granular schedules to.
  • Supports Senior Operations Manager with being the main point of contact across our Integrated Marketing teams seasonal / unified campaigns and product launch moments.
  • Support all necessary reviews & approvals as required for teams’ key programs & projects ranging from internal LT to ensuring SLT visibility.
  • Supports Readiness through big picture program management, paving the way for implementation of learning & training tools for our field teams.
  • Manages buildout of workback schedules for readiness programs. (to be defined)
  • Attends regular syncs in support of both ideation and improvement.
  • Own bi-weekly working sessions to ensure wider team aligned to program schedules.
  • Liaise with vendor leads to track workback schedule alignment between managed service teams & MSFT FTE’s.

We would like you to have...

  • 5-7 years of relevant program management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Scrum Master certification a plus

Compensation Range: $95,000 – 100,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
