The Senior Customer Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and engineering solutions to customers. This role involves troubleshooting, data analysis, and maintaining products or systems and offering technical advice and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with products or systems. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Issue Analysis and Resolution: Perform analysis of customer issues and maintenance tasks on customer environments. Ensure minimal downtime and disruption to customer operations. Maintain SLA of support tickets.
- Product Installation and Configuration: Install and configure new products and systems according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Customer Training and Education: Train customers on how to use and maintain products effectively. Create and provide educational materials as needed.
- Product Improvement Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback and field data to the engineering team to help improve product design and functionality.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of the company’s products and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Technical proficiency in relevant areas (e.g., software, AI Phone banking systems, Generative AI platforms, Chatbots).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and repair tools and techniques.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.
Compensation
- Compensation is expected to be between $147,900 - $153,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
