The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Partner Channel is responsible for growing the usage, spend, and satisfaction of our customers by creating automated growth programs. The person in this role will be focused on developing lifecycle programs specifically for customers that use Checkr through our partner integrations.
You’ll work with our partners to develop lifecycle programs for our partner channel. This role is an even combination of strategy and execution. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Partner teams to drive meaningful revenue for the business through our partner ecosystem.
As Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Partner Channel you will own the segmentation, development, and execution of a lifecycle marketing strategy for a specific set of partners to help us upsell existing customers, reduce churn, and acquire new leads. The ideal candidate has solid experience in marketing programs and an intuitive understanding of both customer lifecycle marketing and partner marketing fundamentals. This person is a self-starter who can seamlessly take a simple value proposition and tease out a multi-channel strategy for revenue.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Create campaigns in conjunction with our partners to encourage usage, activation, and purchasing of new Checkr products
- Build strong strategic relationships with our partners
- Work closely with product, partner, customer support, customer success, customer education, and operations teams to develop programs that increase the usage of our product
- Create content to enable and delight customers
- Multi-channel campaigns to upsell and cross-sell our SMB customers
- Explore and develop creative ways to generate leads through partner programs
- Use a combination of in-platform analytics, customer survey data, and sales data to measure program success and inform future strategy
- Drive engagements through webinars, content, email, and other types of co-marketing campaignsÂ
What You Bring
- 4-6 years of marketing experience with 3+ years focused on partner marketing or customer lifecycle marketing in the tech industry (preferably SaaS)
- Experience crafting polished messaging to drive customer product usage and retention.Â
- Experience developing drip campaigns and activation/onboarding campaigns for customers
- A history of building and executing project plans with a focus on clearly defined partner KPIs
- Team player with experience coordinating across different teamsÂ
- Excellent project/program management skills
- Analytical, with the ability to create and drive key marketing strategies and decisions
- Creative self-starter that imagines and executes successful marketing programs
- Experience using Pendo and Marketo is a plusÂ
- Experience in engaging and building win-win relationships with partners or customers

*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado and New York law, the base salary for this role if filled within Colorado is $155,338 - $182,750 and within the city limits of NYC is $182,000 - $215,000.
