Asthe Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will work with independent retail customersto create best-in-class consumer experiences instore and online, while drivingsales and increasing brand desirability. In this role, you will be a strategic leaderwithin the Customer Marketing Team, and will be responsible for leading TradeMarketing Specialists assigned locally by territory. To effectively lead theteam, you will create impactful go-to-market strategies and advertisingprograms to support Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Vintec brands, while measuring thesuccess of campaigns and positioning of the brands within market. In addition to leading a team of trademarketing specialists, you will be assigned to directly handle Key Account customers,and National Buying Groups and serve asthe marketing liaison/lead across the US to support sales initiatives ofprofitable growth in focus product categories. You will also support theinitiative of building premium brands through focus on Electrolux, FrigidaireProfessional, and Vintec brands. Across all partnered accounts, you will beresponsible for setting advertising budgets, defining tactics to best utilizebudgets, and reporting out on success/ROI.

Tosucceed in the role, you should have a proven track record of relationshipmanagement, multi-level communication, excellent presentation skills, and ahigh degree of organization. You should also be comfortable setting objectives,tracking results, measuring ROI and reporting out to key internal stakeholderson progress and campaign performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the marketing, advertising, media, PR strategies, events, and digital consumer experience in collaboration with trade partners and internal sales teams to support company objectives.
  • Ensure branding consistency, central brand messaging, and clear product information across online and instore tactics.
  • Ensure team develops, coordinates, and executes a visible events calendar identifying planning and execution of customer related activities.
  • Maintain an integrated marketing calendar aligning retailer plans with corporate promotional initiatives and brand media plans, advertising placements, and audit of marketing activities.
  • Assist in creation of strategic retailer online excellence plans, which includes retailer website content management process, retailer website consumer ratings and reviews management, etc.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and determine/ensure ROI on marketing investments.
  • Assist with managing customer co-op/launch budgets to drive advertising mix.
  • Create marketing materials, programs, and events that effectively communicate, promote, and differentiate the Frigidaire Professional and Electrolux brands and products, focusing on their design, performance, quality, and feature set, to trade partners, designers, and consumers.
  • Support and manage new product launches through promotions, co-op programs, and events.
  • Deliver consistent brand experiences to retail consumers through effective management of advertising and retail floor execution.
  • Participate in planning sessions, and regular marketing update calls and meetings with sales team to optimize brand awareness, sales, share, and Return on Investment by customer.
  • In conjunction with sales, create tradeshow strategies and booth designs that promote Electrolux brands and products in premium and sustainable way.
  • Ensure that retailer print, event, instore, and digital materials adhere to advertising governance guidelines.
  • Coach and develop team members to be strong marketing leaders.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of retail or major consumer brand durable goods, sales, event management, or agency experience.
  • 1-2 years leading a team preferred.
  • Brand, channel, or digital marketing background highly preferred.
  • Strong client services experience.
  • Strong budget management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Highly personable.
  • Demonstrated track record of influencing priorities and motivating cross-functional partners for support.
  • Must be action orientated and responsive in a very fast paced environment.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Self-starter with demonstrated strategic thinking abilities and desire to work both strategically and tactically.
  • Must be able to coach and lead a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Must have a full knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • A high degree of organization is a mandatory.
