Providence is calling a Senior Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Days) to work remotely within our footprint state/s: AK, MT, CA, OR, WA, TX, NM.
The Customer Support Liaison position collaborates with Quality Management and other teams/departments as appropriate to address and resolve customer care concerns and complaints for both hospital and clinics. This position will also oversee Red Flag ID Theft inquires for ORC hospital/clinic accounts and coordinates customer service and collection activities. This role serves as the second level representative in handling more complex and difficult account resolution including Administrative level complaints. In addition this position serves as a point of contact for our Ministry/Clinic partners for escalation of accounts, coordinates service recovery/quality issues and completes special assignments as needed.
Required qualifications:
- 5 years experience in automated, computerized account follow-up system.
- 5 years experience in customer service call center environment (health care preferred); or
- 5 years experience in full-time collections (health care preferred).
Preferred qualifications:
- College coursework.
- Experience working with quality or identity theft issues.
- Experience in customer support (health care) using live chat support

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
