This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in Spain.

This role offers the opportunity to lead post-sale customer engagement for strategic airline accounts, owning the full customer journey from onboarding to adoption and commercial outcomes. You will collaborate closely with airline revenue management, pricing, and commercial teams, translating complex data and workflows into measurable success. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will define customer success processes, establish scalable frameworks, and influence product and operational decisions. You will build structured customer cadences, monitor adoption metrics, and identify expansion opportunities while shaping a growing Customer Success function. The role combines strategic thinking with execution, enabling both immediate impact and long-term value for customers. You will also mentor colleagues and create repeatable processes for future growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Take full ownership of strategic airline accounts, including onboarding, rollout of workflows, and ongoing execution
  • Establish structured governance, from weekly working sessions to executive-level reviews
  • Define and track success plans with clear owners and measurable outcomes
  • Monitor adoption, performance, and operational success metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Influence commercial outcomes through renewal readiness and expansion initiatives
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, translating feedback into actionable insights
  • Develop repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and templates to scale the Customer Success function
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts end-to-end, preferably in the airline or travel industry
    • Strong understanding of Revenue Management, Pricing, and Commercial operations
    • Track record of driving renewals, expansions, and measurable customer outcomes
    • Ability to operate autonomously in a low-structure environment and create scalable processes
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engaging executive-level contacts
    • Strong analytical skills to monitor metrics, evaluate adoption, and identify opportunities
    • Effective communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills for cross-functional collaboration
