Description

As a Zywave Senior Customer Success Manager you will leverage your expertise for Zywave's to help our most strategic customers build and grow their businesses by utilizing our cutting edge software. You'll develop high-trust and effective relationships, both virtually and in person (where applicable), with Zywave customers and guide them to fully utilize the solutions they've purchased. You will drive workflow adoption, ensure overall outcome success and share ROI stories. You'll be responsible for product adoption, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy within book of business for the carrier segment.

Factors for Success
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is great, but at least 5 years of related experience and/or equivalent combination
  • 4+ years of strong performance in customer success management, account management, sales, or another customer-facing role - proactively addressing potential issues and having fun solving short- and long-term puzzles
  • Experience consulting B2B organizations or driving/influencing strategic business decisions
  • 2+ years' experience working in the software or IT industry
  • 2+ years' exposure to or experience working within the insurance industry, preferably with carriers
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, action-oriented and ability to effectively/efficiently work remotely
  • Passion for technology and people
  • Ability to develop, find and share new ideas internally and externally - not accepting status quo
  • Ability to quickly build trusting relationships with customers at all levels of the organization
