Addison Group has an immediate opening for a customer success partner in Downtown Dallas. Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 years of customer service experience in a SaaS environment. Must have experience with software implementation and customer account management. Pay is between $40- 70K based on experience.

Must have:
- 2+ years of customer account management experience
- Implementation experience in a Software as a Service environment
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
