We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Technical Specialist who will be responsible for providing general technical consulting distinguishing among hardware, reagent/application, software and/or customer training issues in order to provide a phone-fixable solution or dispatch a task with the appropriate resource.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing data to define and expedite timely and accurate resolutions, classifies customer complaint information according to FDA requirements for potential CAPA investigations
• Delivering value to customers with innovative and effective responses to their evolving needs and business issues
• Providing ownership & partnership in implementing support plans
• Escalating customer issues to the appropriate management level and stakeholders
• Providing on-site assistance & training when needed
• Seeking service support offerings and sales opportunities when applicable to promote the Beckman Coulter brand and grow market share.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Associates Degree in Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Medical Technology or Biomedical Engineering
• Experience in a regulated bioresearch or clinical laboratory environment
• Experience in operating any or a variety of Beckman Coulter Flow Cytometry instrumentation such as Navios/Gallios, FC500, CytoFlex/CytoFlex SRT, Astrios, Aquios and Prep Units as well as experience with software applications such as Kaluza, CXP and Summit

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Troubleshooting and apply a logical decision making process towards resolution of hardware, software, application, and method related problems
• Basic Flow Cytometry QC, prep techniques and assays

The hourly range for this role is $25.34/hour to $34.81/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
