About Your Business Area/Department
Amadeus Hospitality is providing a range of products supporting major hotel chains, allowing them to manage their reservations and distribution, properties, sales & catering, BI.
Our team is part of the Program Management and implementation department, our role is to accompany and support new customers during customer acceptance phase for all testing matters during our enterprise programs.
- Summary of the role:
As a customer test manager, you will be the main interface for all customer testing related topics and will drive repeatable, predictable, and "smooth" customer acceptance phases for our major hospitality implementation programs.
- In this role you'll:
You will support the customers in any of their test activities, including: environment readiness and stability, test data management, entry & exit criteria, defect triage, follow-up and escalation, as well as monitor and report (progress, defect backlog, quality metrics) any deviation in the customer testing activities.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders' deliveries (R&D, operations, project management) to ensure the deliveries are on track and matching the customer testing plan.
You will support the program team in all testing-related activities: test requirements, test schedule and planning, risk analysis related to testing.
You will support the channels/distribution (GDS, OTA, 3rd parties) integration, certification, and testing
You will support the customer features activation in test and prod environment.
- About the ideal candidate:
Masters in IT/Computer Science/Engineering
You can thrive on large scope programs and mentor the less experienced team members on their test management activities.
You have more than 4 years of experience in software testing, project management.
You have more than 4 years of experience in a customer facing position.
Ideally, you also have some experience in testing webservices (JSON/REST, SOAP/XML), a programming experience in any language.
Finally, some experience in distribution (GDS, OTA) is a bonus!
